    Monday, 2:31 a.m. — 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for refusing a breath test and careless driving on Van Ness Avenue and Oak Street.

    Monday, 6:41 a.m. — Someone glued the locks at the Co-op on the 200 block of North First Street.

    Monday, 9:29 a.m. — Property was reported found to the police department.

    Monday, 5:57 p.m. — A noninjury traffic accident occurred on East Main Street and Mountain Avenue.

    Monday, 8:21 p.m. — 32-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and lodged in Jackson County Jail.

    Monday, 9:15 p.m. — 35-year-old man, 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old man were cited for open container of alcohol in public and drinking in public on North Main Street.

    Monday, 9:23 p.m. — 30-year-old man was cited for prohibited camping on North Main Street.
