Food and Friends, which is the Meals on Wheels and Senior Meals Program for Jackson and Josephine Counties, is currently looking for volunteers to help end senior hunger. Volunteers are needed to help serve hot meals to local seniors at the Ashland Senior Center.

The Food & Friends program provides a lunch meal from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Ashland Senior Center (1699 Homes Ave.). There is a suggested donation of $2.75 for older adults over 60, and a charge of $6.75 for those under 60. Reservations are not required. Call the Senior Services Division at 541-488-5342 for more information about the meals.
Food & Friends also offers a home delivery program.
